Casa LUCENTE – is in the Trento province and is a newly constructed home, entirely in wood and designed according to the must modern energy saving technologies in order to minimise and optimise consumptions.
Mobart Ben attended to the design and choice of the furnishings and coverings for the inside walls of the house; everything was custom built and hand made, using a wood such as fir that is light and warm, with a brushed finish and oil treated. Particular attention was paid to lighting both from the styling and functional viewpoint.
The dwelling concepts designed by MOBART BEN envisage an integrated lighting system in the wall cladding as well, designed to best enhance the finishes and grain of the surfaces while, with indirect lighting, simultaneously creating a pleasing, diffused and suspended atmosphere.
Thanks to the high-beamed ceilings of Casa LUCENTE’s spacious living area, a lighting solution using suspended lamps was devised, to directly illuminate strategic points. Housed along the perimeter of the whole room, perfectly recessed in the wood panelling, is a very low energy consuming led strip. In the passage leading to the bedrooms, led spotlights were installed in the false ceiling, suitably illuminating the area leading from one room to the other.
